Job summary

Viya Health seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation for the global entity. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and the HQ month-end close, ensuring IFRS or US GAAP compliance.

You will prepare consolidated financial statements, perform variance analyses, and support statutory reporting while mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role offers competitive benefits and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years in progressive accounting roles (multinational/multi-entity)
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations
• Strong month-end and year-end close experience and audit exposure
• Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and post intercompany eliminations.
• Record intercompany transactions and maintain framework across entities.
• Own HQ revenue accounting and reconcile CIN7 transactions to GL.
• Lead month-end close, prepares journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and disclosures.
• Provide management reporting, analysis, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Support ERP governance, process improvements, and internal controls.
