Job summary

Viya Health seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting, intercompany eliminations, and the HQ month-end close. This role ensures consistency of accounting across entities, supports board and management reporting, and drives accurate revenue recognition for all subsidiaries.

You will collaborate with country finance teams and leadership to maintain IFRS/US GAAP compliance, enhance processes through automation, and strengthen governance while working in a remote,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience with consolidation.
• Strong intercompany accounting & reconciliation experience.
• Exposure to audit processes.
• Experience with CIN7 or similar ERP/inventory platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs).
• Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS/US GAAP.
• Record intercompany transactions and maintain reconciliation framework.
• Own HQ sales accounting and revenue recognition processes.
• Produce monthly management accounts and KPI dashboards.
• Improve reporting and reconciliation processes through automation.
• Support audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Mentor Accounting Assistant and manage team workload.
