Leadtech is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with at least 6 years in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will own the accounting close, apply Spanish GAAP, manage month-/year-end processes, and collaborate across the organization in a fast-paced, international environment.

Strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP) and a background in audit are highly valued. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with autonomy and attention to detail guiding day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Economics or related field
• Master in Audit would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
• Strong Excel skills
• Advanced English and Spanish

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the accounting and close process, ensuring accuracy of financial information
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with proper accruals
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze Balance Sheet and P&L accounts and investigate variances
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and support tax filings under Spanish GAAP
• Support audits and preparation of statutory financial statements under Spanish GAAP
• Collaborate across Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting
