You will manage month-end close across 18 entities, strengthen internal controls, prepare journal entries, and drive standardization across retail and corporate entities while ensuring GAAP

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with ERP implementation or migration is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end close across 18 entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform multi-entity balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets accounting and reconciliations.
• Support ERP implementation and migration from QuickBooks to Microsoft Business Central.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Develop standardized accounting procedures across entities.
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Support audit readiness and documentation.
• Serve as SME on U.S. GAAP application.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and corporate accounting policies.
