Job summary

Oxford Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant in Atlanta to support internal and external reporting, including equity accounting, consolidations, and SOX readiness. You will prepare monthly/quarterly close schedules, assist auditors, and contribute to complex accounting analyses.

The role involves collaboration with the Director of Accounting and other leaders, with opportunities to work on revenue recognition and business combinations. A CPA track and SAP experience are valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting; CPA preferred or CPA track.
• 2+ years in accounting or auditing.
• Strong MS Excel skills; experience with SAP and SAP BPC.
• Experience with consolidations and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting, incl. Form 10-Q/10-K.
• Prepare schedules for equity accounting and share-based compensation.
• Assist with technical accounting memos and research.
• Facilitate quarterly SOX certification and control testing.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow and equity).
• Assist auditors with information requests and walkthroughs.
• Perform KPI analyses and ad hoc analyses as needed.
