Job summary

Agilitas Energy, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support the General Ledger and month-end close processes.

The role involves analyzing balance sheet accounts, recording journal entries, and preparing reconciliations, with ownership of accruals and prepaid expenses. Responsibilities include cash and intercompany reconciliations, AR/AP management, and assisting with financing packages for lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support General Ledger responsibilities.
• Close month with balance sheet analysis and journal entries.
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash movement and perform reconciliations (cash, credit cards, loans).
• Prepare financing packages for lenders and assist with tax and audit processes.
• Collaborate with business units to understand contractual obligations for portfolios.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
