Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries and documents for monthly close.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and related activities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
• Collaborate with Operations Accounting, Project Accounting, IT, Legal, etc. to understand all transactions.
• Interface with external auditors to support the annual financial audit.
• Support OSS customer invoicing and cash collection as necessary.
• Contribute to corporate projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Compile monthly financial reporting and analysis related to company performance.
• Communicate results to FP&A and commercial sales teams.
• Assist cash management with treasury in forecasting cash flows.
