Job summary

Agilitas Energy, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Accounting Manager to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual U.S. GAAP reporting and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with tax and auditors, ensuring accuracy and compliance across entities, while driving technical accounting initiatives for renewable energy assets and complex transactions. The role emphasizes hands-on technical rigor, and cross-functional work with project accounting teams, tax specialists, and the Controller

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher is required; CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with emphasis on financial reporting and technical accounting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Experience with solar and energy storage industry accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual U.S. GAAP consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate with project accounting teams for renewable energy assets reporting.
• Assist managing monthly close and deadlines.
• Research and document technical accounting issues and new standards impact.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across entities.
• Prepare and review audit-ready work papers for external auditors.
• Assist with tax filing requirements and related schedules.
• Monitor internal controls and drive improvements to reporting integrity.
• Provide accounting guidance and training to staff.
