Job summary

BibliU is seeking a Senior Accountant to own end-to-end accounting for our multi-entity group. You will close monthly, quarterly, and yearly books, collaborate with Legal, Tax, and Treasury, and ensure accurate financial reporting across jurisdictions.

The role sits in a remote US team and reports to the Corporate Controller, driving process improvements and automation as the business scales. You will partner across Finance and Legal to understand initiatives, document accounting positions, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience with close ownership.
• Experience with multi-entity financial reporting across jurisdictions is a strong plus.
• Proficient in advanced Excel for reconciliations and data analysis.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve accuracy or efficiency in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across group entities.
• Prepare, review, and file external financial reports per group obligations.
• Own end-to-end accounting processes and drive timely close under pressure.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Treasury on initiatives and implications.
• Assess controls and design improvements to scale with growth.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Document technical accounting positions on significant transactions.
• Escalate risks with clear context and leadership recommendations.
• Analyze complex processes to surface actionable insights.
