Job summary

Omni is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close across a multi-entity environment, ensuring books are accurate, timely, and audit-ready as we scale. You will drive process improvements and support cross-functional finance initiatives.

Reporting to the Sr. Accounting Manager, you will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting, while applying GAAP and building scalable controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on ownership of full-cycle month-end close with GAAP knowledge.
• Ability to manage reconciliations independently and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with international, multi-currency accounting.
• Confident communicator who partners across Finance and the business.
• Self-starter with continuous-improvement mindset and adaptability.
• Proficient with modern accounting tools, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive global monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, schedules and variance analysis.
• Establish scalable intercompany accounting processes for multi-entity structure.
• Own areas with sound judgment on vendor spend, accruals, capitalization, leases.
• Lead continuous-improvement and automation to speed and strengthen close.
• Keep audit deliverables ready with clear documentation and prompt responses.
