Job summary

VisiQuate, Inc. is seeking a highly capable Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team in California with hybrid remote options.

The ideal candidate has strong US GAAP knowledge, public accounting and industry experience, and a track record of accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close. You will support audit activities, assist in M&A integration, drive process improvements, and partner with FP&A, operations, HR, legal, and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred.
• 4–7+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Handle high volumes of transactional work as the team scales.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
