Job summary

Viya Health is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation for the global entity. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and the month-end close with IFRS/US GAAP considerations.

You will coordinate with country finance teams, prepare management packs, and drive process improvements in governance and controls. Remote-friendly in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity organizations.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation with intercompany eliminations.
• Record intercompany transactions and maintain intercompany framework.
• Own HQ sales accounting and reconcile CIN7 transactions to GL.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes for the global entity.
• Prepare management reporting, KPIs, and financial commentary for leadership.
