Job summary

Array is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and the financial close. You will partner with the Corporate Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include month-end close, reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and assisting audits and tax compliance. Strong US GAAP knowledge and ERP/Excel proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with journal entries and schedules.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Maintain schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities, and other GL accounts.
• Support sales commission accounting, calculations, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Review invoices and expenses for proper coding and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with AP/AR and stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management packs.
• Assist with audits and tax compliance activities.
• Assist with tax filings (sales, property) and internal controls documentation.
• Participate in ERP optimization and reporting enhancements.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects.
