Job summary

Array is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and the close process in a fast-paced environment. You will partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting under US GAAP and collaborate with AP/AR and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvements, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic legal services technology-enabled firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience closing monthly, quarterly, and year-end.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Maintain schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities, and other GL accounts.
• Support sales commission accounting, including calculations and accruals.
• Review invoices and expense reports for proper coding and policy compliance.
• Partner with AP/AR and stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Assist with audits and tax compliance; regulatory filings.
• Participate in process improvement, ERP optimization, and reporting enhancements.
