Job summary

Array is seeking a Senior Accountant to support daily accounting operations and the close process in a fast-paced environment. You will work under the Corporate Controller to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Your responsibilities include month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting audits and tax compliance, with opportunities to enhance ERP and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with journal entries and schedules
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Maintain schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other GL accounts
• Support sales commission accounting, including calculations and reporting
• Review invoices and expenses for proper coding and policy compliance
• Collaborate with AP/AR and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
• Assist with audits and tax compliance documentation
• Assist with tax filings (sales, property) as needed
• Participate in process improvements and ERP optimization
• Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects
