Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Excel, Word, and general ledger systems.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results vs budget and provide variance analytics.
• Manage monthly market billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, including collections and aging analysis.
• Prepare, maintain, and support grant-related financial reporting and documentation.
• Serve as primary accounting liaison for government agencies and funding partners.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle to ensure monthly revenue is accounted for and AR reconciliations.
