The Senior Accountant will analyze variances, manage grant-related reporting, and ensure compliance with funding requirements while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, and general ledger systems.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and provide variance analysis.
• Manage monthly market billing processes and invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and collections.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting and documentation.
• Serve as liaison for government agencies and funding partners.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Maintain journal entries and support month-end close.
• Support annual financial statement audits.
