Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for a fully remote role across eligible U.S. states. The position focuses on complex journal entries, month-end close, variance analysis, and grant-related reporting.

You will liaise with government partners and Revenue Cycle to ensure accurate accounting and compliance. Ideal candidates hold a degree in accounting/finance, at least 3 years of related experience, and familiarity with Excel and general ledger systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, and general ledger systems.
• Mandatory vaccination policy applies.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and provide variance analytics.
• Manage monthly billing processes and ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and collect as needed.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting and ensure grant compliance.
• Coordinate with government agencies and funding partners on reporting.
