The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 3 years of experience, and proficiency with Excel and GL systems. Vaccination policy applies; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, and general ledger systems.
• CPA (preferred) and mandatory vaccination policy.
• Healthcare finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results compared to budget and provide variance analytics.
• Manage the monthly market billing process with timely and accurate invoices.
• Monitor and maintain accounts receivable balances and aging analysis.
• Prepare and support grant-related financial reporting and documentation.
• Serve as primary accounting liaison for government agencies and funding partners.
• Collaborate with operational and government partners to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle to ensure monthly revenue accounting and AR reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct month-end close analyses.
• Support annual financial statement audits and maintain data integrity.
