Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for a fully remote role across the United States. The role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing variances, and supporting grant-related reporting with a focus on healthcare finance and government funding requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3 years of related experience, proficiency with Excel and GL systems, and CPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and general ledger systems.
• CPA certification and healthcare finance experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review monthly financial results and provide variance analytics.
• Manage billing processes and ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and collections.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting and documentation.
• Serve as accounting liaison for government agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct month-end close analysis.
• Support annual financial statement audits and maintain controls.
