Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant for a fully remote role across designated U.S. states. You will prepare financial statements, record complex journal entries, and support month-end close with variance analysis and reconciliations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 3 years of related experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and general ledger systems. CPA and NetSuite experience are a plus as the company offers extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, and general ledger systems.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and provide variance analytics.
• Manage monthly billing process, invoicing per contracts and funding.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and aging analyses.
• Prepare and support grant-related financial reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate with government partners and internal teams on financial matters.
