Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and general ledger systems; CPA preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and provide variance analytics.
• Manage monthly market billing process and issue invoices per contracts.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, collections, and aging analysis.
• Prepare and support grant-related financial reporting and documentation.
• Serve as liaison for government agencies and funding partners.
