Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our remote finance team. The role supports the preparation of financial statements, journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations, with emphasis on grant reporting and government billing.

You will collaborate across departments, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and maintain strong controls. A detail‑oriented, analytical mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and general ledger systems.
• Vaccination policy compliance required.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Healthcare finance experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Review monthly financial results against budget and provide variance analytics.
• Manage the monthly market billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable, aging analysis, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare grant-related financial reporting and documentation.
• Serve as the primary accounting liaison for government agencies and funding partners.
• Collaborate with operations and government partners to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Prepare complex journal entries and support month-end close.
• Support annual financial statement audits and maintain internal controls.
