Job summary

Armada is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. You will maintain the integrity of financial records, manage GL scope, and partner with multiple teams to ensure accurate monthly and year-end closes while supporting areas like AP, AR, revenue, fixed assets, and leases.

This remote-based role spans Galleon program accounting and process improvements, offering high impact in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP across the full GL, including ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 360, ASC 470; internal controls.
• Advanced Excel with large datasets; experience with Power Query or similar automation a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments; strong problem solving and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close tasks for assigned areas with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments with supporting documentation.
• Maintain reconciliations, tie subledgers to the GL, and investigate reconciling items promptly.
• Support Galleon program accounting, inventory, CIP, capitalization, and fixed assets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls.
