Armada is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. You will manage general ledger areas, support month-end/year-end close, and partner cross-functionally to ensure timely financial reporting.

This role spans AP, AR, revenue, expenses, fixed assets, debt, and leases, with Galleon program exposure. Ideal candidates are organized, process-minded, and capable of scaling finance operations in a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Active CPA license and degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and scalable reconciliations.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge across GL, ASC 606/842/360/470; ERP familiarity.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Execute month-, quarter-, and year-end close tasks for assigned areas.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and adjustments with documentation.
• Prepare account reconciliations, tie subledgers to the GL, and resolve reconciling items.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations and manage prepaid expense tracking.
• Review GL activity for misclassifications and propose corrections.
• Maintain close checklists and schedules; flag late inputs and risks.
• Assist in monthly financial packages and flux analyses; explain variances.
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers for external audits.
