Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior accounting role, preferably in construction/real estate.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of financial aspects of real estate development projects within budget.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports detailing costs and profitability.
• Manage and maintain the general ledger with accurate data.
• Collaborate with project managers on budgets and financial plans.
• Analyze data and recommend cost improvements and profitability options.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company policies.
• Provide financial guidance to management for strategic decisions.
• Assist in year-end accounts and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
