You will manage financial reporting, budgeting support, GL maintenance, and tax compliance while collaborating with leaders across the organization.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and timely financial decision support to sustain the company’s financial health and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an accountant, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing the annual budget and forecasts.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct analyses including variance, cost control, and profitability assessments.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee AP/AR functions and vendor payments and collections.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain GL, reconcile accounts, and close periods.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, stay compliant with regulations.
• Audit Support: Assist with external audits and respond to inquiries.
• Financial Systems: Manage accounting software and data accuracy.
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for financial insights.
