ThriftBooks is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Tukwila, WA. This hybrid role offers ownership of month-end close, financial analysis, and process improvements, with cross-functional collaboration across the corporate office and field operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and comfort with data analysis, Excel, and Sage Intacct. CPA helpful but not required. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and SQL helpful.

Aufgaben

• Own key components of the month-end close including revenue and fixed assets.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and variance explanations.
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting and management reporting.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation.
• Support annual audit with schedules and auditor requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new business initiatives.
