Addison Group is seeking a Senior Accountant for a hybrid role in Issaquah, WA. You will coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, tie-out accounts, and support external reporting under US GAAP.

You should have 6+ years of technical accounting experience, CPA or strong external audit background, and strong Excel skills. The role offers exposure to process improvements and interaction with auditors and finance teams.

Formación

• 6+ years of technical accounting experience.
• Experience at a company with $500M+ in annual revenue.
• Either active CPA or 4+ years of external audit experience, preferably Big 4.
• Experience with transaction services.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Compile, analyze, tie-out, and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financial results.
• Identify potential accounting issues and provide timely analyses to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and external reporting requirements.
• Partner with Finance to implement and monitor proper accounting processes and controls.
• Design and enhance controls in the financial reporting area.
• Analyze and improve major systems, policies, and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Lead key accounting process improvement projects across departments.
• Coordinate work papers to support disclosures in monthly and annual statements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate financial policy and transformation.
• Interface with external auditors during year-end audits.
