The role will develop financial models and insights related to revenue growth, profitability, pricing, margin, capital investment, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities. Through strong partnership with leaders across the organization, this role will connect financial and operational data, develop meaningful KPIs, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide clear, actionable recommendations. The Director will also lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and executive and Board reporting, with an emphasis on helping the business understand not only what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Collaborate with executives to provide analysis and evaluate strategic initiativesWork alongside executive team to establish a strategic roadmap and growth targetsPartner with business leaders to frame decisions, evaluate alternatives, and recommend actions based on financial and operational insights.Create financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planningCreate internal & external executive reporting documents including board, close and other management presentationsAnalyze monthly results and/or trending data to support the monthly estimate and include risk and opportunity assessmentsDetermine the appropriate processes, methodologies, variables, and modeling techniques to develop and deliver forecasts. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position.
