CFS in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a Senior Accountant to support monthly close, journal entries, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Corporate Controller and help ensure accuracy of GAAP-compliant statements.

The role offers exposure to ERP implementations (NetSuite or Great Plains), process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred or active CPA licensure.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support monthly close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries with reconciliations.
• Serve as liaison for external audits and reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and partner cross-functionally on financial analysis.
