Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, public audit is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (heavy usage required).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and how income statement ties to balance sheet.
• Experience with general ledger and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, and account reconciliations
• Support month-end close, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
• Manage and reconcile multiple accounts
• Assist with cash posting and system-related processes
• Contribute to accounting projects such as system implementations and process improvements
