Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years of experience, and strong Excel and GAAP knowledge for accurate reconciliations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, GL accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with process improvements, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting activities
• Prepare and review account reconciliations while ensuring balance sheet accuracy
• Assist with inventory, cash, receivables, payables, and other core accounting functions
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, policies, and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed
