Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• General ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close expertise.
• Experience with private equity-backed manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with accruals, prepaids, and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
• Manage accruals, prepaids, and other balance sheet accounting functions
• Support financial reporting and cash management processes
• Partner with operational and finance teams on accounting initiatives
