Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain daily accounting transactions, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial record updates.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure records are accurate.
• Support the preparation of audit documentation and assist during external audits.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting and operational needs.
• Assist in improving accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
