Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on corporate accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, solid U.S. GAAP knowledge, and construction industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 4–6 years of hands-on corporate/private company accounting experience.
• Strong financial statement preparation and account reconciliation experience.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare account reconciliations and support monthly financial statements.
• Ensure accounting activities are accurate and compliant with U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for the CFO, owner, and senior management.
• Help improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial systems.
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the Accounting team.
