Job summary

United Flow Technologies is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team. You will drive the monthly close, consolidate across dozens of entities, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role covers high-visibility areas such as acquisition integration, treasury, and process modernization. CPA is preferred and you’ll help implement AI and automation tools across the close calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including multi-entity or consolidation environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and management accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, reporting, and consolidation systems.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage components of the monthly financial close process including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across a multi-entity platform.
• Participate in Consolidated Monthly Close Process, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial information across all entities.
• Maintain books and records consistent with UFT policy for GAAP and management accounting.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders including banking partners and equity partners.
• Collaborate with the financial analysis and reporting team to ensure completeness and accuracy of reports.
