Job summary

United Flow Technologies in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the corporate accounting function. You will lead portions of the monthly close, prepare consolidated statements across multiple entities, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

You will drive process improvements, assist with acquisitions and treasury, and explore AI/automation in close workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or CPA-track is preferred.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity or consolidation environments.
• Public accounting and/or private industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or services is a plus.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and management accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, reporting, and consolidation systems.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with a high sense of urgency.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage components of the monthly close process including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements across a multi-entity platform.
• Participate in the Consolidated Monthly Close Process for accuracy across entities.
• Maintain books and records consistent with UFT policy for GAAP and management accounting.
• Ensure timely reporting to banking partners, equity partners, and management.
• Collaborate with financial analysis and reporting teams to ensure accuracy of reports.
