Job summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities for CGCPI and assigned portfolio companies. Working with the Corporate Controller, this role ensures accurate transactions, timely month-end closes, and reconciled balance sheets.

Requirements include a 4-year degree, 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, multi-entity exposure, Sage Intacct experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and Excel skills with an interest in automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred.
• Sage Intacct experience is a significant plus.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• General ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Month-end and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Support for budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Work within HaloPSA for billing and project accounting.
