CertainPath is seeking a Senior Accountant II to advance multi-entity financial reporting and analysis. You will maintain records, prepare entity-level statements with detailed narratives, and reconcile accounts with precision.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, internal controls, and collaboration with leadership. You will lead variance analysis, assist with budgeting for multiple entities, and contribute to system implementations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience preparing detailed financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Experience with entity-level reporting and financial consolidation.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• High-level Excel skills; proficiency with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; reconciling complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for financial narratives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and complete, timely recording of transactions.
• Prepare entity-level financial statements with narratives for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts with precision.
• Lead variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for multi-entity drivers.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls; support audits.
• Identify process improvements in entity reporting and rebate processing.
• Participate in system implementations and strategic initiatives.
