Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Manchester, NH.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation for external auditors.
• Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and inventory-related accounting functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial and operational initiatives.
