Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and review bank reconciliations by downloading data into Excel and validating against internal reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data organization.
• Apply a strong understanding of debits, credits, and account analysis to support accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data, perform detailed tick and tie procedures, and ensure consistency across reporting sources.
• Develop charts, dashboards, and executive-level reports, exporting deliverables to PDF for leadership review.
• Assist with month-end close activities and support process improvement initiatives.
