Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting and 3–5 years of accounting experience, especially in manufacturing, with strong Excel/ERP skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Process invoices, cash receipts, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices and assist with collections.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accounting records.
• Perform financial analysis and support cost accounting initiatives.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
