Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible accounting experience with manufacturing and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead key activities throughout the monthly financial close.
• Prepare and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, and variances.
• Support product costing and monthly cost-variance analysis.
• Prepare local financial reports and KPI reports.
• Manage asset components, retirements, and closures.
• Maintain documentation and internal-control processes.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and reporting requests.
• Identify control deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to reporting improvements and safety initiatives.
