Salesforce Sites in Northern Minnesota seeks a Senior Accountant to join the team on-site. You will lead cost and inventory accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting while partnering with operational leaders to support growth.

The role emphasizes cost modeling, GAAP compliance, and business analysis. You will deliver forecasting insights, track KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership in a highly visible position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience.
• Previous manufacturing or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• CPA and/or CMA designation highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end close processes, prepare journal entries for accruals and depreciation, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and generate financial statements.
• Develop and maintain costing models while managing financial cost-benefit analysis projects throughout the company.
• Produce financial forecasting analysis models, monitor trends, and deliver recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders, teams, and staff to track operational KPIs and provide actionable financial data.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate standards, and tax requirements while providing documentation for internal and external audits.
