Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-driven Senior Accountant to join our finance team and support full-cycle accounting with a strong emphasis on cost accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Manage all aspects of cost accounting, including standard cost updates, cost rollups, material/labor/overhead analysis, and annual cost reviews.
• Analyze manufacturing and inventory variances, explaining drivers and preparing recommendations for operational improvement.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory accounts, including WIP, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Support the development and maintenance of product cost models to improve pricing and margin insights.
• Perform financial analysis for production performance, absorption, scrap, and yield.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to COGS, inventory, and production metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience, with strong cost accounting exposure (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Solid understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Job scope; advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
