Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong U.S. GAAP accounting knowledge and research skills.
- Lease accounting experience and CPA progress preferred.
- Experience with real estate accounting is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day lease accounting and reporting activities.
- Account for revenue recognition for new leases and amendments.
- Monitor high-volume lease portfolio and assist with CAM reconciliations.
- Perform technical accounting research on lease transactions.
- Prepare monthly rent reconciliations and variance analyses.
- Support SEC filings and internal/external audits.
