Creative Financial Staffing, LLC oversees a Senior Accountant role located on site in the Indiana area. The candidate will lead month-end close, GL maintenance, and intercompany activities while supporting financial statements and reporting.

Open to professionals with 2–3 years public accounting and corporate tax exposure, plus 1–2 years corporate accounting. A Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance is preferred and QuickBooks proficiency is expected.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of public accounting with corporate tax exposure.
• 1–2 years of corporate accounting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, Excel, and QuickBooks experience.

Mansioni

• Participate in month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain GL accuracy across multiple entities.
• Complete reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting.
• Assist intercompany accounting, banking activities, and tax workpapers.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
