Job summary

TA Services in Indianapolis seeks an experienced accounting professional to join our corporate accounting team. You will own month-end close, prepare complex journal entries, and reconcile accounts to GAAP standards in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial results, supporting monthly and annual statements, and coordinating external audits. Advanced Excel and experience with BlackLine, Ramp, LeaseComplete, and LeaseQuery are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification is preferred or considered a plus but not required.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience including month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and reconciliations.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and unusual transactions.
• Analyze financial results and variances.
• Support monthly/annual financial statements and reports.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in BlackLine and follow up on items.
• Coordinate external audits and provide documentation.
• Lead or support finance projects and system enhancements.
• Provide backup support across Corporate Accounting and Finance.
