Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Senior Accountant in Indiana. The role blends general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, and system improvements, with exposure to executive leadership and ongoing succession planning.

The successful candidate will leverage strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and ERP experience to drive process improvements, accuracy, and timely reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive GL accounting, financial reporting, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and core corporate accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting or ERP systems.
• CPA or progress toward the CPA preferred.
